AST Business Law is an established practice that has
been advising and assisting European and Middle Eastern companies mainly
across industry sectors for the last 40 years.
We work with our clients to identify countries that offer good business
incentives to attract inward and foreign investments, and set up joint

related agreements including the formation and incorporation of companies
under local or foreign investment laws.
We operate on a trilingual basis in Arabic, English and French and deliver
our documents to local authorities and international clients in two
